Filling is controlled by the required net weight of FM-200.

FM-200 is charged by weight, not by pressure, so the scale is what makes the fill correct. The cylinder sits on the platform through the whole filling step and the operator stops at the required net weight; the reading is used again at final inspection to verify the charge.
