Complete Systems

FM-200 Refilling & Gas Booster System (Complete) — Turnkey FM-200 / HFC-227ea cylinder refilling station — designed, built, installed and commissioned.

Gas Boosters

Air-Driven Gas Booster Pump — Increases FM-200 / HFC-227ea pressure for transfer and high-pressure cylinder filling.

Filling Station

FM-200 Filling Connection / Manifold — Connects source cylinder, booster pump and receiving cylinder for safe gas transfer.

Vacuum

Vacuum Pump — Removes air, moisture and residual gases from cylinders and piping before filling.
Vacuum Tank / Receiver — Maintains vacuum capacity and stabilises the evacuation system during cylinder evacuation.

Nitrogen

Nitrogen Charging / Booster System — Charges nitrogen into the cylinder after FM-200 filling, up to the required pressure.

Air Supply

Air Compressor Connection & Air Control Unit — Supplies 3–8 bar compressed air to operate the pneumatic booster system.
FRL Unit (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) — Filters and regulates compressed air for a clean, dry, stable supply to the booster.

Instrumentation

Pressure Gauges — Monitor air inlet, gas inlet, gas outlet and nitrogen pressure during operation.
Pressure Regulator — Controls and adjusts the operating pressure of air and nitrogen.
Digital Weighing Scale (Quantity Control) — Filling is controlled by the required net weight of FM-200.

Valves

High-Pressure Valves (Ball / Needle) — Isolate and control the flow of gas and nitrogen through the system.
Check / Non-Return Valves — Prevent reverse flow and ensure safe operation.
Pressure Relief / Safety Valve — Protects the system from overpressure by releasing excess pressure.

Piping
